Where Do You Get The Baby Name Data?

The social security administration provides data for the top 1000 boy names and top 1000 girl names for the years 1880 through 2022 within the baby names section of ssa.gov. The 2022 baby name data was published in May of 2023. Our entire site has been updated to reflect this new data. You are encouraged to visit the SSA website to read important qualifications regarding the baby name data they publish (and we analyze).
